Veteran RF and microwave executive brings four decades of commercial leadership experience
LONDONDERRY, N.H., Aug. 12, 2026 — SemiGen, a Naprotek company specializing in high-performance RF and microwave components and advanced microelectronics manufacturing, today announced the appointment of Paul Skolnick as director of East Coast business development. Skolnick brings four decades of sales, marketing, and business-management experience in RF and microwave technologies serving the defense, aerospace, and commercial markets.
In this role, Skolnick will lead business-development activities across the Eastern United States. He will focus on expanding strategic customer relationships, strengthening SemiGen’s market presence, and advancing new RF and microwave opportunities from initial qualification through program execution.
Skolnick will also connect customers with capabilities across the Naprotek platform. As Naprotek’s RF Center of Excellence, SemiGen provides RF and microwave components, advanced microelectronics assembly, thin-film circuits, wafer processing, RF testing, high-reliability screening, and specialized fabrication services. Together with Naprotek’s printed circuit board assembly, box build, system integration, and test capabilities, these services support customers from precision component fabrication through system-level assembly and test.
Before joining SemiGen, Skolnick served as vice president of sales and marketing for Narda-MITEQ, where he provided senior commercial leadership, guided the sales organization, implemented performance metrics, and strengthened customer engagement. He previously served as business development director for Smiths Interconnect, leading international expansion of its active RF and microwave portfolio. Earlier in his career, he held senior sales and business-development positions with UST-Aldetec Group, Crane Aerospace & Electronics, Merrimac Industries, EPCOS, and other RF and microwave technology companies.
“Paul brings exceptional RF and microwave industry knowledge, technical understanding, and customer relationships developed over four decades,” said Freddie Chavez, vice president of business development. “His experience will help SemiGen deepen its engagement with defense and aerospace customers across the East Coast and connect those customers with capabilities throughout the Naprotek platform.”
“SemiGen’s specialized RF and microwave expertise, advanced manufacturing capabilities, and connection to the broader Naprotek platform create meaningful value for customers,” said Skolnick. “I look forward to strengthening existing partnerships, developing new opportunities, and helping customers address increasingly complex program requirements.”
Skolnick holds a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from Lehigh University.
