Design Engineering
Through a team of internal engineers and external consultants, SemiGen can provide design build services to advance your prototype or new product development. With several design build projects behind us, we have a proven track record of successful working designs that are repeatable and cost effective. Our system of design implementation using a milestone schedule allows the customer to be aware of the project status at all times. SemiGen can turn a design around quickly and remain on budget throughout the design process.
Module Repair and Refurbishment
SemiGen repairs and refurbishes a variety of microwave modules for the military and commercial markets. From switches, limiters, oscillators, amplifiers, attenuators, duplexers, VVA’s and multi-function assemblies, we are able to open units, evaluate root cause, and repair the unit, returning it to factory functionality. This process successfully repairs, on average, about 300 modules annually for several pieces of military hardware platforms
RF Supply Store
SemiGen’s E-commerce portal provides a one stop shop for our customers critical epoxies, tools, ribbons, wires and supplies used in the assembly of microwave modules. Long lead times can sometimes cripple a customer and cause their prototype, engineering or production lines to be down. SemiGen offers a selection of commonly used supplies and materials necessary in the manufacturing of RF products, as well as sample kits of SemiGen’s tops sellers so engineers can get new parts into qualification faster.
